MANDATORY INSPECTIONS AS PART OF A BUILDING PERMIT
Inspections of building work are an important feature of the building permit process. The purpose of inspections is to carry out an independent assessment of the building work to check that it has been carried out in accordance with the Building Act 1993 (Act), the Building Regulations 2018 (Regulations) and building permit.
class 1 and 10 buildings up to three storeys
